2. Products and Pricing
- Every piece is hand selected and hand-crafted. We make every effort to display our jewellery accurately, but colours, sizes, and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on your screen.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice.
- We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
3. Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Payments are handled by trusted and secure third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
4. Custom and Personalized Jewellery
Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, modified, and special-order pieces are made to your specifications. Once confirmed, these orders cannot be cancelled and are final sale.
5. Ring Sizing
Azzura is not responsible for determining ring size. We encourage you to get professionally sized before placing an order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only. High-value packages may require an adult signature on delivery. For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging, with prior authorization from Azzura. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair or return requests.

9. Intellectual Property
